The chicken is always fresh and delicious. It brings me back to my childhood when i was in the Philippines. The place is always clean and they really did a great job in organizing specially when there is a long line ups. Keep it up wonderful staff of Jollibee.Add: i notice that the chicken is getting smaller.....

Please do not tell your customers that call and pick up is not available in your branch and tell us that we need to use doordash. Be honest to your customers. We know that covid 19 is putting stress on your ordering system but please, be honest!!! Food is great though.

Not bad, if you like your chicken to be a little sweet. Gravy was blend, disappointing. Huge line up, maybe not a great idea during winter time. But definitely a try if you haven't tried before. Gives you the different type of fried chicken experience. Overall, pretty interesting

Food here is average chicken wing quality. Nothing really special as far as I concern. There are lots of interests but it’s not my cup of tea anyway. Stopped by today around 6:30 pm on March 21st, 2020 which is a Saturday. I am so disappointed with one of employees who wears a red jacket out front taking customer orders. I have never seen people with that much attitude on both verbal pronunciation and facial looks to deal with public. I was trying to check her name from uniform but her red jacket covered it. Zero star is my current feedback. One star is too much but I have no choice here. Thanks for all of you.

Jollibee Scarborough is absolutely the best Jollibee restaurant in the GTA, which is saying a lot. Although I must admit that all the Jollibee restaurants are top-notch. It is very easy to see that they pride themselves in offering consistently tasty food. You won't go wrong with anything you order, but the Burger Steak, Jolly Spaghetti, Jolly Crispy Chicken, and the Chocolate Sundae are all outstandingly noteworthy. All of the employees I have dealt with so far are thoroughly pleasant, courteous, and incredibly diligent. Even though this restaurant is extremely busy almost all the time, the employees are somehow able to keep it clean and tidy.

I braved the lineup and experienced the cult of Filipino's beloved fast food.The line was fairly long but managed well. They have staff keeping watch and ensure it moves along. There is also a staff in the line taking your order to speed things along.Was it worth the wait ........ YES! the chicken is crispy and tender; spaghetti nicely done and the peach/mango pies are delicious (done like the old school McDonald's apple pie).This is no gourmet 5 star eatery but the food is good for fast food.

The wait time has definitely has reduced after 2 years of waiting. I finally had my chance of tasting this amazing piece of chicken with my family.I will definitely come back in the near future for some more since I live in the neighborhood.Very friendly staff and helpful too as it is my first time ordering foods here and I was a bit skeptical on what to order and the staff helped me quickly. This Scarborough Jollibee location has been opened for more than a year and there's a still a lineup outside of the store on a Sunday (at 4pm)! Finally understand why people are so in love with these crispy Filipino fried chicken and their juicy gravy sauce!

I have arrived not knowing I have to call the store phone number to order. The order taker told me this has been ongoing for few weeks. This call in order system is not on the website.i was told to wait 35 minutes. Poor management system. Your restaurant is located in Toronto. Do not run business as if you are in the Philippines. Value your customers time!!!

We enjoy to go out. Last night we went to this superb place which we didn’t know before. We had a delightful experience there with fine meal and a professional stuff and a distinguished cuisine. We put this fine restaurant in our phone list and we will certainly go again very soon. Highly recommended.

First time eating there. I had the fried chicken, a burger with mushroom gravy and some spaghetti. Chicken portions were bigger and better than the usual fried chicken places. Very tasty, quite salty, but remember this food is from the Philippines where it's 40C all the time so sodium is very much needed. Clean restaraunt. Friendly, fast service. Thank you.

The staff is friendly and always works efficiently from what I see. The lines are pretty decent. I only go here once in a while. My only issue is that it doesn't taste the same as the Philippines. The one thing I have to say that they got spot on is their burger steak for sure. A definite recommendation I would make would be that burger steak

Hard to share the amazing crispy & flavorful chicken here it was juicy and crispy in the same bite.👍🏾👍🏾 I recommend also the palabok very tasty with pasta and something different than the standard pasta sauce. Dont forget to complete the meal with the mango peach dessert always hits the right spot. Dont forget to call ahead to place an order saves you lotsa time.

Heard so much about this place, everybody around me is love it. So I have to try it, it’s good but not that good. It’s crunchy, juicy, flavourful. But it’s also sweat, if you don’t like swear in non-dessert food like me, you probably will find it just okay.

Best chicken in town. Quick service. Very friendly staff. They know there job. Ample parking.

This Jollibee location served me RAW chicken. I have tried contacting the company multiple times through many different avenues of communication only to be ignored each time. I do not recommend ever eating at Jollibee. Their food standards are low and customer service is non-existent.

We had a superb in this spot. We loved the wonderful vibes and the menu. The staff members are very amiable. I am content we eventually managed to try this restaurant.

3rd time ordering a bucket of spicy chicken and kept getting mild instead. we ordered for take out and did not get a chance to drive back there as the place is not close from us. note to self always double check my order before leaving. last night's visit did not go well :( i was not able to take a picture of the bucket as proof that we received the order incorrectly.

As a Filipino so happy there's Jollibee available. I love their chicken since it has a more sweet and savoury flavour that's not what you usually see in chicken flavours

I celebrated my PhD this evening in this delicious restaurant. I am glad to say that it was a pleasant evening and the venue was surely the reason for the strong event. The stuff cooperated in a gorgeous manner, the cooking was delicious and my friends were extremely pleased. We shall surely come back again for more celebrations. thanks very much.

I usually go here during weekends, and even though there is long lineup outside they were very organized well. Also, for those who don't want to lineup, visit here on weekdays mornings, basically empty, as I was able to sit and dine in here for the first time. Food here is amazing. Love their chicken joy (though portion should improve a bit), palabok, spaghetti (Filipino style), amazing aloha burger (with pineapple), burger steak, and halo-halo!

The food is constantly well prepared and yummy, workers hands over good service. I like how clean it is and ambience. Will come visit again.

If you like rice with your fried chicken, this is the place to be. Their spicy chicken actually has a nice kick. Lines gotten smaller ever since they opened up more locations. I recommend trying everything on the menu. Definitely will go back more than once

The food is okay, limited selection though compared to an actual Jollibee store in the Philippines. The taste is quite similar. A bit pricey but the service is quite fast. Overall still a good experience if you already know what to expect. Great spaghetti and peach mango pie!

Absolutely nothing special. Ordered a 3 piece. I hate thighs. You were not allowed to provide any special instructions. Well that’s unprofessional. I got 2 thighs and a leg. Excuse me, when you order a 3 piece add a side rib or a wing. Finally the fries are pitiful. Go elsewhere, don’t waste your time

I found as a Caribbean the food was not very flavorful, or that some of the flavours didn't match. But I'm glad I got the opportunity to try another cultures fast food in this city. Would recommend anyone to try it themselves and make their own decisions. Loved the pineapple juice. The customer service was excellent, when I went the lineup wasn't long, the packaging was great. I think there's a missed opportunity for recycling bins, considering most of the packaging is made of paper. I'd like to come back and give this place another shot.

Not gonna lie, I had no idea that Filipino cuisine existed... let alone tasted this good! 100% going to be returning with a couple friends, the food was served nice and quick, tasted fresh. The chicken is unreal!

Best chicken！I love the pineapple juice. However，yesterday I called them to order the juice（I cant get in there to order because of their policy）. One of their stuff told me I have to wait for 1 hour for 2 pineapple juice. Are you kidding me？？？ I told her I was right outside the store and asked the reason why it takes that long. That stuff hung up my phone directly. Is this the way u treat ur customer？Customer service here is POS

I ordered from door dash for 5:15pm. I ordered at 1pm, and when we got there at 5:10pm, we still had to wait 45 mins. I even called their number and had to call 6 times!!! Just for them to pick up the phone only to tell me that my order is not ready yet, when it should’ve been done on time of pick up. She had the audacity to tell me to check door dash when I already told her that it told us to pick up the food for 5:15pm. They have so many customers and this is the service we get. What kind of pick up is this???? Do better, please.

First time going... got C1, spicy 2 piece combo with a side of fries. I got to say... I forgot to take a picture. It was definitely tasty and fries were great too. but have to go again to do a full review.

I recently enjoyed a parking lot picnic with some former coworkers. The dining room was closed due to COVID-19 restrictions but we made the best of it while observing social distancing. Most of our group were nurses or PSWs.It took around half an hour for our orders to be filled. This place is busy!The food was as good as we expected, with crispy chicken, spaghetti, and refreshing pineapple juice.

The fried chicken is levels above any alternative fast food option. The spaghetti portion size is decent but it's really sweet. Relatively pricey, but somewhat expected given the quality.

I love the fried chicken. Tried other items of the menu, but they're not as great compared to their fried chicken.

SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.I went yesterday, Monday apr 14,at 5:30pm. I waited outside in the line for over 30 minutes and the rep didn't even acknowledge me. So when I saw a customer go inside, I followed in as well. I maintained a safe distance from them. I just wanted to put a friggen order in TO GO.The rep quickly PUSHED me outside and told me to call to order. I tried to COPY down their phone number to which she YELLED at me to go OUTSIDE. WHAT KIND OF BS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT?! HOW ELSE DO I CALL YOU without a phone number?! Then, when I call multiple times, no one picks up. FIGURES. I'd rather eat dog food than come back here.

Delicious chicken, good beef steak and gravy. The peach mango pie I also recommend. Spaghetti and palabok also very good. Clean, fast service. Love this place!
